Peach Duff

2 Tbs butter
1 Cup flour
1 Tbs baking powder
dash of salt
1/2 Cup sugar
2/3 Cup milk
6 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

Stiff together dry ingrediants, add milk and stir lightly. Melt butter in an 8" baking dish and add batter, arrange peaches on top and bake at 375 for 35 minutes.

Serves 4-5
